2. Shipping Charges

Free standard delivery is available on all orders across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) unless otherwise stated on the product page. Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before you complete your order.

3. Order Processing Time

Once your order is confirmed, we begin processing it as soon as possible. Processing time may vary depending on product availability and order volume. You will receive a confirmation notification once your order has been processed and is ready for shipment.

4. Delivery Time

Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days from order confirmation.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to:

5. Delivery Options

We currently offer standard delivery. Express or same-day delivery may not be available in all locations.

7. Delivery Confirmation

8. Delivery Process

Our delivery partner may contact you to confirm your delivery address or delivery time. If your order is Cash on Delivery (COD), payment will be collected upon successful delivery.
